In 2019 they were awarded supplier 2019-2023 for International Recruitment of Clinical healthcare Professionals for NHS Procurement in Partnership and Crown Commercial Service. This has been their greatest achievement in expanding the business and was achieved as a result of sheer dedication and hard work.

On receiving news that the company had been shortlisted for the award, Mathew said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Staffing Solution of the Year award, recognising the collaborative efforts and dedication of our staff members over the last 12 months to successfully help nurses living overseas realise their dreams of joining the NHS and other UK private hospitals and nursing homes. In the last 3 years we have helped many NHS hospitals with cost effective and time bound nurse recruitment to help ease their staffing shortages but I am especially proud of our team who worked hard to place nurses in UK hospitals during the pandemic. To be chosen among the other incredible nominees is a wonderful achievement.  This nomination has been a tremendous boost to staff at Nursingjobs UK and I am sure it will bolster our continued efforts to improve our services.”

One Hospital the company supported was University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust who asked Nursingjobs dedicated international team for help and support with a requirement for specialist Cardiothoracic Nurses. The Trust were facing difficulties attracting international nurses in comparison with other regions. Nursingjobs UK successfully recruited nurses from India in a cost effective and time bound manner. With Nursingjobs UK having previous experience and also being a CPP framework provider the trust was confident they would be able to provide its hospitals with the specialist and high quality candidates they need and therefore enabling them to continue providing high quality care standards for all patients.
