We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants in Norwich area to support and care for people with learning disabilities, dementia, mental health issues and the elderly.
Within this role, your responsibilities will include delivering personal care, prompting medication, building a good rapport with residents, promote the highest standards of care and stay in good communication with our office.
To be a successful Health Care Assistant, you should be focused on providing the best possible care and support for residents. You should be caring, sympathetic, energetic, hard-working, responsible and a team player.
Care Assistant Responsibilities:
•Listening to resident needs, ensuring that their environment is clean and safe..
•Engaging residents by conversing with them and planning and attending them as they participate in appropriate social activities.
•Providing emotional support for residents.
Care Assistant Requirements:
•Up to date Enhanced DBS
•Strong communication, listening, planning and communication skills.
•Ability to handle physical demands.
•Caring, sympathetic approach to working with patients.
