• Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

• Supporting residents with daily living activities, including eating and mobility.

• Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any significant changes to senior staff.

• Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents by tidying rooms and assisting with housekeeping tasks.

• Engaging with residents through conversation and activities to provide emotional support.
