FREE UK NURSING RECRUITMENT FROM TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

NursingjobsUK is conducting free UK recruitment for nurses from Trinidad and Tobago on 09th  February from 9 am to 5 pm.

Updated NMC Entry Criteria

  When an aspirant applies to register with NMC-UK, they need to be satisfied with the necessary knowledge of English to communicate effectively. Nurses must demonstrate evidence in four mandatory skills of communication that is speaking, reading, listening and writing.

  There are numerous means for providing this evidence that NMC-UK will accept. List of accepted English speaking countries by NMC-UK is one of the evidence.

Trinidad and Tobago is on the list.

Hence NMC-UK requirement for Trinidad and Tobago fall under the category;

Registration and practice of at least one year in a country where English is the first and native language and an English language assessment was required for registration.

Thus a nurse from Trinidad and Tobago will need to provide NMC-UK with the following: 

  • A letter of good standing from the licensing authority and 

  • Details of the English language assessment that he/she undertook as part of the registration, and 

  • A supporting reference from the employer. 

  Please note if the applicant were not required to sit a language test by the regulator because the applicant was taught and examined in a country where English is the first and native language, will still meet this requirement.
